Fengyuan Building is located in the northwest of Hejin City, facing Longmen Avenue to the north and Xishan Park to the west. It echoes with the historical scenic spot "Zhenwu Temple" in Hejin City. It has superior geographical location, convenient transportation and pleasant environment. The building started construction in May 2005 and began operations in May 2008. It is the only intelligent comprehensive building in Hejin City that integrates accommodation, catering, supermarkets and offices.
The 1st to 3rd floors are supermarkets. The 3rd to 4th floors are for specialty restaurants, with a building area of 3000 square meters, which can accommodate 40 tables of guests. The average number of diners reaches 75%, who enjoy mainly Sichuan cuisine and local specialties. The 5th-10th floors are for tourist accommodation, and there are more than 100 rooms (including 70 double rooms, 24 single rooms, 12 suites, 176 beds in total) star-rated double rooms and luxury suites, creating a comfortable and elegant home for guests. The 11th-17th floors are for business offices, with 50-1100 square meters of various apartment types, which are available for small and medium-sized enterprises and investors to choose from freely. The 18th floor is a place for leisure and entertainment. The first basement is a parking lot, which can accommodate 60 vehicles, and the second basement is a facility and equipment room.
